On-Site Registration Hours

The registration desk is located in the Pratt Street Lobby of the Baltimore Convention Center.

  • Friday, June 12 – 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.*
  • Saturday, June 13 – 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Sunday, June 14 – 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Monday, June 15 – 7:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, June 16 – 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Ticketed Sessions

You must register for the SLEEP 2026 general sessions to register for any ticketed sessions. Ticketed sessions include Postgraduate Courses (June 13-14), Meet the Professor sessions (June 15-17) and Lunch Debates (June 15-17). See below for additional information.

General Sessions

General session registration includes admission to the general sessions (Sunday, June 14 – Wednesday, June 17), Industry Supported Events, the AAST Annual Meeting, and the Exhibit and Poster Hall. Additional fees are required for attending ticketed sessions.

Ticketed Session Add-Ons

Registered attendees can add a ticketed session at any time provided the session is not sold out. Anyone registering on-site can add ticketed sessions at the time of registration, provided the session is not sold out.

Terms and Conditions

The APSS is implementing a flexible cancellation policy to promote a healthy environment at SLEEP. Attendees will receive a full refund of all registration fees when a cancellation request is submitted in writing to the APSS national office by 1 p.m. EDT on Sunday, June 14, 2026. (Hotel and travel reservations must be cancelled separately and are not covered by this policy.) No cancellations will be accepted after 1 p.m. EDT on June 14.

The Associated Professional Sleep Societies (APSS) values the diversity of views, expertise, opinions, backgrounds, and experiences reflected among everyone attending the SLEEP annual meeting, and the APSS is committed to providing a safe, productive, and welcoming environment for all in attendance. The SLEEP meeting should serve as an effective forum to consider and debate clinical and scientific viewpoints in an orderly, respectful, and fair manner. This Code of Conduct is important for promoting diversity and creating an inclusive, supportive, and collaborative environment for all participants at SLEEP.

All SLEEP meeting participants — including attendees, speakers, volunteers, exhibitors, meeting staff, members of the media, vendors, and service providers (hereinafter “participants”) — are expected to abide by the APSS Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct applies to events and activities in any venue associated with the SLEEP meeting, including ancillary events, social gatherings, and online forums and discussions.

The APSS, its contractors and attending news media may be photographing and/or videotaping scientific sessions and events at the annual meeting. By attending SLEEP, attendees acknowledge these activities and agree to allow their image to be used by the APSS in publications, on websites and social media, and in marketing and promotional materials. Attendees at SLEEP waive all claims against the APSS for any liability resulting from these uses.

Only the APSS and press approved by the APSS are permitted to photograph and/or record video of SLEEP presenters. No photographs of presentation slides or posters may be taken unless express permission is given by the presenter. When permitted, photography is only allowed for personal, social, or non-commercial use. Attendees may not use flash photography during SLEEP sessions or otherwise distract the presenters and/or other attendees. Violation of this policy may result in removal from SLEEP.

Only children 12 or older are permitted in the exhibit hall and poster sessions. All children are allowed in session rooms. Minors must have adult supervision at all times. No strollers will be permitted in the exhibit hall, poster sessions, or session rooms. Anyone being disruptive or noisy may be asked to step out of sessions, exhibit hall, or poster sessions.

Postgraduate Courses, Meet the Professor Sessions, and Lunch Debates require tickets for admission and have limited seating. Sold out ticketed sessions will be marked SOLD OUT during the online registration process. The APSS does not offer a waiting list for those sessions that are SOLD OUT.

The APSS will produce recordings of select SLEEP postgraduate courses and sessions. These recordings will be available for purchase after the meeting (for non-attendees) or during the registration process (for attendees). The SLEEP on-demand learning modules will be ideal for anyone who is unable to join us in person.
