Exhibitor Housing
Exhibitors booking a block of 10 or more rooms will need to submit a housing request form. Group block requests should include company name, primary contact person, number of rooms required, rooming pattern, and preferred hotel(s). The APSS will only approve a block of rooms if it is equal to or less than the number of rooms that the group utilized during the previous in-person annual meeting. If the group requires additional accommodations, please provide the rationale in the request submission. Blocks of 10 or more rooms will not be approved at the Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor.

International Travelers
We are pleased to welcome attendees from around the world to SLEEP 2026. To help ensure a smooth travel experience, international attendees are encouraged to begin planning early, especially regarding passport and visa requirements.
Passports and visas
All international attendees must have a valid passport. Non-U.S. residents may also need a visa to enter the U.S. to attend SLEEP 2026. Visit the U.S. Department of State’s Visitor Visa site for more information.
Some travelers may qualify for visa-free entry through the Visa Waiver Program. If eligible, you must have a valid Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA) approval prior to travel.
Visa processing times can vary, and delays are common. Apply early and contact your nearest U.S. embassy or consulate for country-specific instructions.

Note: A letter of invitation does not guarantee visa approval. Attendees are responsible for meeting all U.S. entry requirements.
