Click here to apply for booth space at SLEEP 2026. If you are submitting a new application for SLEEP 2026 click on the “Apply Now” button located under “New Exhibitor”. Then, follow the application prompts to enter your company information and choose your booth. You’ll have the option to add sponsorship items during the booth application process.

Sponsorship Guide

All convention center/hotel sponsorship artwork (i.e. artwork produced by Freeman) is due to the APSS no later than April 16, 2026. Any artwork submitted after the due date will incur an admin fee based on the following schedule:

10% admin fee: April 17-23
15% admin fee: April 24-30
25% admin fee: May 1-7
50% admin fee: May 8-14
100% admin fee: May 15-21
The APSS will not and cannot accept after May 21.

The official show contractors for SLEEP 2026 are Freeman (Show Decorator), Projection (Audio Visual), Cox Hospitality Network (Internet & WIFI), Visit Baltimore (Housing) and ATS (Registration/Lead Retrieval). Any companies, other than the ones listed above, soliciting business via phone or email are fake and should not be used for booking services at SLEEP. If you are contacted by someone who is not an official contractor of the SLEEP Meeting, please let us know by emailing [email protected].
