HOUSING POLICIES & PROCEDURES
The following policies and procedures apply to the official APSS hotels for the SLEEP 2008 22nd Annual Meeting in Baltimore, Maryland.
- All group blocks of 10 or more sleeping rooms require written approval from the APSS (e-mail is acceptable). In order to receive
approval, submit the housing request form on page 21 to the APSS Meeting Department via fax to (708) 273-9354 or via e-mail
to ajosi@aasmnet.org. Approval is required prior to making reservations with the SLEEP Housing Bureau.
- The APSS will only approve a block if it is equal to or less than the number of rooms that the group utilized during the previous year’s
annual meeting. If exhibiting companies require additional accommodations, please provide the rationale on the housing request form.
- After receiving approval from the APSS, arrange your company’s accommodations with the SLEEP Housing Bureau. You
will be asked to provide a credit card deposit to hold the reservation.
- Reservations may be made beginning in early 2008.
- Guest room deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made after May 1, 2008.
- Guest rooming lists are due at the time of reservation. Reservations will not be accepted without a guest rooming list.
