Housing Policies & Procedures
The following policies and procedures apply to the official APSS hotels for the SLEEP 2008 22nd Annual Meeting on June 7-12, 2008 in Baltimore, Maryland.
- All groups requesting 10 or more sleeping rooms require written approval from the APSS (e-mail is acceptable). In order to receive approval, submit the housing request form to the APSS Meeting Department via fax to (708) 273-9354 or via e-mail to ajosi@aasmnet.org. Approval is required prior to making reservations with the SLEEP Housing Bureau.
- After receiving approval from the APSS, arrange your group’s accommodations with the SLEEP Housing Bureau. You will be asked to provide a credit card deposit to hold the reservation. One night’s pre-payment is required for each reservation. Any rooms not paid for will be returned to the APSS for general sale.
- Reservations may be made beginning in early 2008. Please visit the SLEEP 2008 Web site for updates.
- Guest rooming lists for group blocks are due at the time of reservation. Reservations will not be accepted without a guest rooming list.
- Room tax at all properties is 13.5%.
BWI Airport/Downtown Baltimore Shuttle Service
The Airport Shuttle, Inc. offers discount shuttle transportation services to and from the BWI Airport and downtown Baltimore. Attendees can reserve their shuttle transportation via phone by calling (800) 776-0323 or online using the web link below.
